In a recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel opinion piece, CUB’s Executive Director Tom Content weighed in on the significant impact of We Energies’ proposed rate increase on Wisconsin residents. Tom pointed out that rate hikes disproportionately affect low-income households, reaffirming that “CUB will continue to push for fair and affordable rates that don’t disproportionately burden those who can least afford it.”
