CUB Announces Upper Midwest Energy Forum
Empowering Business Leaders for a Changing Energy Landscape
La Crosse, WI – November 4, 2025

Madison, WI — The Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin (CUB WI) is proud to present the inaugural Upper Midwest Energy Forum, a half-day event designed to equip business leaders and professionals with the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate the rapidly evolving energy landscape.

“There’s more change happening in the utility sector now, than there has been in decades, perhaps ever, and it’s all happening at a time when rising energy prices are affecting businesses here, where we have the second highest rates in the Midwest,” said Tom Content, CUB Executive Director.

“This event will go beyond the headlines and give attendees a chance to engage more in the decisions affecting the state’s energy future.”
~Tom Content, CUB Executive Director
