Jeff Adams brings more than 30 years of utility-industry experience and a practical understanding of the decisions that shape reliable, affordable service. He approaches utility regulation with sound judgment, thoughtful inquiry, and a strong commitment to consumers.

His expertise spans metering, billing, rate design, forecasting, and financial systems. During 11 years as a Lead Product Manager, he guided demand response, connected-device, behavioral, and low-income initiatives from concept through regulatory approval and evaluation for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Adams combines utility economics, grid optimization, customer insight, and program design to advance practical solutions. His industry knowledge and analytical perspective equip him to strengthen accountability, advocate for customers, and help the Commission deliver better outcomes for the communities it serves.
